Dancing from the age of three Katie has studied Ballet,Tap, Modern, African, Samba, Bollywood, Sacred Nepalese, Egyptian Bellydance, Yoga, Martial Arts and Bharatanatyam. Currently based in India she has a dance and martial arts studio and holistic centre in Goa where she runs courses and holidays. Rated as the best foreign performer in India Katie performs for many socialite weddings, film premiers and corporate events such as Google, Samsung, Vodafone, Sony, Kingfisher to name a few. Katie is the featured dancer with BBC world music award winner Abhishek Basu and his band ISM with tours planned in Asia and the Middle East. She also works closely with master percussionist Simon Webster who she organises dance holidays with in Morocco and they have also devised the first recognised Arabic Dance Teacher Training qualification 'Dance-Asylum'.
